北京无国界爱心公益基金会®️是一个独立的促进社会和谐与可持续发展的人道主义机构。致力于心灵环保，消除隔离观与心灵沙漠，与弱势群体一起面对冷漠隔阂所带来的各种苦难和不公。开展精准扶弱济困、推动健康公平和抗击艾滋病，促进可持续发展目标的实现。
Beijing Love Without Borders is an NGO what independent humanistic organization for promoting social harmony and sustainable development. We are committed to psychological environment protection, eliminating isolation and mind desert, and facing the sufferings and injustice brought by indifference and isolation together with the vulnerable group.
我们与伙伴机构合作，联合青少年群体。以国际化视野带给在地更多的思考和机会，透过扶贫济困、志愿服务行动、公民教育、社会倡导等多元化手段，践行“心系全球，发展当地；服务他人，成长自己”的理念。以促使人们重新重视人与人之间，人与动物、植物之间，人与孕育了整个生命的地球母亲之间的联系，并使之回归和谐状态。
We collaborate with partner organizations and unite the youth communities. Meanwhile, we try to bring more thoughts and opportunities to the local areas from an international perspective, practice ideas of “Care for Earth and Develop the local, Serve for Others and Grow Ourselves” by diverse means such as promoting education of world citizens, volunteer work, direct financing, social initiative and so forth. We also work on urging mankind to pay attention to people’s connection with people, animals, plants, as well as the mother earth so as to return to the harmonious status.

我们展望世界人类最终能够不怀敌意，不加戒备和疑虑地团聚在一起。共创平等、包容、健康与永续发展的生活环境，达成祥和世界的愿景。
We look forward to the world’s human beings finally being able to come together without hostility, vigilance or doubt. We will work together to create a living environment of social fairness, justice, friendship and harmony, healthy and sustainable development, create a more friendly and pleasant social atmosphere, and achieve the vision of a peaceful world.
关于无国界爱心的意涵由来——孔子“天下为公”、“大同世界”
“无国界爱心”的含义是平等、尊重、包容、互信、互爱、人类大团结，其字号意涵取自中国至圣先师孔子“天下为公”、“大同世界”的思想理念。
《礼记·礼运》孔子曰：“大道之行也，天下为公，选贤与能，讲信修睦。故人不独亲其亲，不独子其子，使老有所终，壮有所用，幼有所长，矜、寡、孤、独、废疾者皆有所养，男有分，女有归。货恶其弃于地也，不必藏于已；力恶其不出于身也，不必为已。是故谋闭而不兴，盗窃乱贼而不作，故外户而不闭，是谓大同。”
《礼记·礼运》“大道之行也，天下为公，选贤与能，讲信修睦。”，即天下为公，选贤任能，人与人之间和睦相处。
《礼记·礼运》“故人不独亲其亲，不独子其子，使老有所终，壮有所用，幼有所长，矜寡孤独废疾者，皆有所养。” ，强调了社会成员之间的互助和关爱，确保每个人都能得到应有的照顾。
《礼记·礼运》“货恶其弃于地也，不必藏于己；力恶其不出于身也，不必为己。” ，人们都愿意为公众之事竭尽全力，却不一定为自己谋私利，表达了资源共享和无私奉献的理念。
《礼记·礼运》“是故谋闭而不兴．盗窃乱贼而不作．故外户而不闭”，意为因此，再没有人怀着奸诈之心而算计别人，盗窃、作乱和害人的事情不再发生，路不拾遗，夜不闭户。
关于无国界爱心抗击艾滋病工作
北京无国界爱心公益基金会®️（LWB）是在北京市民政局注册的省级基金会（慈善组织），促进健康公平、抗击艾滋病。发起人孔令坤理事长因在艾防领域的工作成绩2012年被李克强总理接见，随后在高层支持下获批成立。无国界爱心致力于共创一个艾滋病毒不再对公共卫生和个人福祉构成威胁的世界。无国界爱心提供免费资讯及专业支援，确保没有人会孤独地面对艾滋病。无国界爱心培育和支持艾滋病社区组织，搭建多方参与交流合作的平台，促进协调一致的HIV应对措施，并感召各方共同推进艾滋病问题的解决。
Beijing Love Without Borders Foundation®️ (LWB) is a provincial foundation (charitable organization) registered in the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau. The founder Kong Lingkun, chairman of the board, was received by Premier Li Keqiang in 2012 because of his work in the field of AIDS, and then in Established with high-level support. Love Without Borders works together to create a world where HIV is no longer a threat to public health and the well-being of individuals. Love Without Borders provides free information and professional support to ensure that no one faces AIDS alone. Love Without Borders cultivates and supports AIDS community organizations, builds a platform for multi-party participation in exchanges and cooperation, promotes coordinated HIV response measures, and calls on all parties to jointly promote the solution to the AIDS problem.
2017年无国界爱心率先将U=U科学新知引入中国，开展艾滋病综合预防策略推广工作，促进早检测早治疗和艾滋零歧视。作为在中国推动U=U科学的领导者无国界爱心坚信，无论是关于 HIV、COVID-19 还是对公共健康的任何威胁，以事实为中心都一如既往地重要。
In 2017, Love Without Borders took the lead in introducing U=U scientific knowledge into China, carried out the promotion of comprehensive AIDS prevention strategies, and promoted early detection and early treatment and zero discrimination against AIDS. As a leader in promoting U=U science in China, Love Without Borders firmly believes that it is as important as ever to be fact-centered, whether about HIV, COVID-19, or any threat to public health.
如今，无国界爱心及其成员团结了学者、医务工作者、决策者和HIV活动家。我们为所有HIV感染者和受其影响的人们去激发科学响应，建立团结，并增进人的尊严。无国界爱心设立的艾滋病社区顾问委员会得到了广大社区和国内外知名行业机构的认可，无国界爱心发起的社区抗击艾滋病协作网络已经成为国内最具活力和影响力的艾滋病社区组织沟通与协作机制。这个社区网络在新冠肺炎疫情期间协调社区医药保障工作发挥了重要作用。
Today, Love Without Borders and its members unite academics, health workers, policy makers and HIV activists. We inspire scientific responses, build solidarity, and advance human dignity for all people living with and affected by HIV. The AIDS Community Advisory Broad established by Love Without Borders has been recognized by the community and well-known industry organizations at home and abroad. The China AIDS Community Network initiated by Love Without Borders has become the most dynamic and influential communication and collaboration mechanism for AIDS community organizations in China. This community network has played an important role in coordinating community medical security work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
